Our team is a small one, on purpose, and so the person who answers your first message is in most cases also the person who would be handling your transaction later on.

Email is often the easiest way to get a conversation started, since it reaches us at any hour of the day, and messages that come in during the evening or over the weekend are picked up on the next business day at the latest.
We should mention that there is no obligation attached to an inquiry. A good number of the people who write to us are still in the orientation stage, and are simply trying to get a feel for prices, timelines and the process itself. Those questions are welcome here, and we answer them just as carefully as the ones that arrive with a purchase order attached.

The reply normally arrives within one business day, frequently sooner.

The first conversation costs you nothing, and it does not commit you to anything either. We listen to what you need, we give you an honest picture of what the market looks like at that particular moment, and if our advice is that you would be better off waiting a while, then that is the advice you will get.
Custom proposal
After the consultation you receive a written proposal with actual numbers in it, covering a purchase, a sale, a lease, or a combination of the three. The commission, which runs from 3 to 8% and is paid by the seller, is stated openly from day one. Buyers owe us nothing.
