Savvas Bout founded Prefixx in 2018 to make IPv4 transfers and leasing straightforward for the people who actually run networks. He brings more than 20 years of experience designing, operating and maintaining data centre infrastructure for service providers, enterprises and cloud hosters, spanning network engineering, data centre design and operations, and bare-metal cloud. He works on transfers and leases across ARIN, RIPE NCC and APNIC, and on bringing customer address space into production on the Netrouting network.
